Job Title: Account Manager
Description:
Product implementation assistance and consulting to new and existing customers, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Great deal of customer interaction. Being able to provide a high level of consulting service is key success of this position.
Account Manager identifies upgrade opportunities and works with sales departments to generate new revenues.
Willingness to work at late hours(working some Fridays) and to travel abroad.
Requirements:
• English mother-tongue, strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Familiar with Office and Internet programs
• Fast-learner
• Internet savvy
• Analytical skills
• Organized and detailed
• Proactive by nature, eager to troubleshoot at real time
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is required
