Online Advertising Sales Manager

Reports to:
VP Performance Marketing

Main Responsibilities:
1. Lead the Sales team efforts to achieve department goals.
2. Manage and train a professional team of Sales persons.
3. Define team work procedures.
4. Ensure new customers access the best offers according to their profile.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• At least 3 year of Sales experience in Online advertising Sales or Affiliate Marketing
• At least 2 years of experience in managing a sales team
• Strong sales capabilities and proven track record in successful sales activities
• Strong management skills
• Business orientation
• "Living" the online arena
• High level of English, other languages are an advantage
• BA Degree (Business management / Economics - an advantage).
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Enthusiastic, highly motivated individual with a serious work ethic
• Proactive and goal-oriented
• Ability to strive in a high activity, high transaction environment
