Offline media buyer, reporting directly to the Head of Purchasing - candidate will be responsible for running and managing this function on a global scale.
All interested candidates must have at least 4-5 years experience in this industry, from Europe, specifically the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and purchase media agency services
- Negotiate agency contracts with media agencies across UK and Europe
- Manage large size budget
- Ensure media is being purchased competitively and effectively
- Ensure agency services enhance communications by maintaining us as a brand at the forefront of new developments
- Provide media and consultancy advice to throughout all aspects of the marketing campaign process
- Develop a solid understanding of campaign requirements
- Effectively manage media agencies ensuring all campaign objectives are met and delivered to the highest quality
- Establish systems and processes to ensure the smooth delivery of campaign requirements and integration with online media
- Work closely with country managers, B2C and B2B division to review all offline and online marketing campaigns and develop strategic direction
- Follow-up the campaigns cost and monitor expenses
- Issue an effectiveness report for each campaign
- Pre-campaign ROI estimations
Technical Skills:
- 3-5 years experience in offline media buying preferably in gaming, other online industries
- Experience in managing agencies creative and media
- An ability to successful negotiate contracts with media agencies
- An ability to analyze performance reports and make recommendations for future campaigns
- Experience managing large size budget

- An ability to liaise efficiently and effectively with media agencies on a global scale

- Ability to successfully manage relationships both with global internal stakeholders and external partners
- Excellent presentation skills – both written and verbal

Education:
- BA in business administration or Communication management.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years offline media experience in Europe,
- specifically UK
- Experience working for a reputable global media agency
- Experience in a hi tech or online company – an advantage
Languages:
- Mother tongue English
- Any additional languages will be an advantage
