Technical support of company's customers in Europe, Asia and Israel.
The position includes: Technology and product presentation, support during evaluation process, product integration support, ongoing support and problem solving to existing customers.
Support is carried out through email, phone or online meetings (primarily in English). The role involves working closely with the business development team. The office is located in Netanya.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years experience in technical support to international organizations
- Thorough knowledge of Operating Systems (MS Windows 2000/2003, MS XP etc); Linux knowledge – an advantage
- Familiarity with networking (protocols, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS)
- Familiarity with messaging and email traffic systems (MTAs, Mail servers etc)
- Familiarity with Web security products and protocols – an advantage
- Experience in customer training
- English - mother tongue level; Additional languages - an advantage
- Service oriented
- Willing and able to study independently; Fast learner
- Highly committed and self-motivated
