HR Manager

At HR Service Center, support one unit or more in
all HR aspects for employees and mid level managers.

Tasks:

Provide general HR support to employees and mid level managers
(Overall responsibility for the HR issues at the unit)
Ongoing consultation and support to managers of the units.
Handle all back office and administrative HR support
Be a focal point for all HR domain experts
Support and work in collaboration with the HR BPs in relevant
divisions

Required:

Relevant academic background (MA - a significant advantage)
Ability to function well in a multi task, dynamic and high pressure
environment
Experience in supporting managers, and consulting to them
Excellent ``Office`` knowledge (Excel, Power point)
Strong inter-personal skills * Team player
"Can do" approach

Required experience:

At least 2 years experience in HR domains
Knowledge and experience in developing, leading and implementing HR
processes
