Sparta Systems is an industry leader for global quality and compliance management systems, located in Ramat Gan (Bursa area). We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated German speaking Inside Sales Representative with 1-3 years of experience who will generate revenue by aggressively identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through telephone, e-mail and web. The chosen candidate will be an expert at building relationships and pinpointing new sales opportunities in enterprise-sized accounts.
- Minimum of 1-3 years in inside sales or sales; enterprise software, software tools and or/high tech sales
- Cold calling expertise in a B2B direct lead generation environment
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written in English and German (other languages are welcome as well)
- Proven track record meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with Windows and Web based applications
- A team player, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company
- BA/BS a plus
