Connecting People and Jobs in Israel

Ok, so just about everyday I get an email or facebook message someone asking me to either help them find a job or to help them find someone to fill an open position.

Why me?

I know a lot of new immigrants (olim) from English speaking countries, and a lot of people in the business world here in Israel, specifically the Tel Aviv region.

So I thought it would be a good idea to create this page where people can see what jobs are available and even what candidates are looking for work.

My goals are to help new immigrants find suitable employment to ease their transition in moving to Israel and to encourage employers to hire them.

Feel free to join the blog and post an opening or your resume here.

Good luck to all!

Brad

What an excellent idea. I am an Interaction Designer & Usability Specialist who lives in Chicago who has always considered life in Israel a possibility. The one thing holding me back at the moment is career opportunities, but sites like this might help me out. For the right opportunity, I'd be willing to make the leap.

If anyone is interested in hiring someone to help you create excellent user experiences, my portfolio, resume (pdf), & contact information are available on my website.

Finally, someone else enters the Israeli jobs blogosphere!

Brad, good luck on your group venture. I'll mention it soon on JobMob.
