Deployment Engineer - LivePerson

Job Overview:

Be seen as much more than a coding guru! As a LivePerson Deployment Engineer you will step into a dynamic and high-profile role as a member of our Professional Services team and will work directly with cutting-edge, Blue Chip clients all over the world
Key Responsibilities:

* Manage all technical aspects of the software deployments for new clients
* Maintain/support existing client deployments
* Create and support HTML code and javascript code for these deployments
* Interact with customers and help them formalize their deployment strategy
* Provide first level technical support for clients. Trouble shoot issues and recommend solutions
* Interact with the complete LivePerson team (Sales, R&D, Technical Support end Professional Services) to successfully maintain and grow client relationships
* Capture and summarize product enhancements

Job Requirements:

* 3-5 years experience managing software deployments
* Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results
* HTML and/or java-script experience
* Strong client management skills
* Strong communication skills
* Significant experience working as part of a sale team
* Analytical thinker
* Ability to review data, summarize key findings and recommend solutions
* Working days: Monday - Friday. Working hours 12:00 - 21:00
