Account Manager

Kampyle ( provides websites with actionable feedback that allow businesses to understand and respond to their website visitors, and we are looking for bright, enthusiastic and passionate Account Managers to join our expanding customer service team.

Kampyle Account Managers serve as the primary point of contact with our clients and are responsible for deploying, managing and supporting each new client. We are looking for team members who are friendly, outgoing, customer-centric and have a good understanding of business and technology. They need to have a passion for excellence, and the ability to quickly understand client needs and provide relevant, practical and creative solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ongoing client contact via phone, email and chat
• Ensuring optimal implementation of Kampyle on client websites
• Demonstrating business value and application of our analytics tools
• Understanding client needs and providing solutions in real time
• Training clients on the use of the Kampyle system
• Representing client needs inside our organization
• Retaining clients and preventing attrition through exceptional customer service


• Mother tongue English - a must!
• Exceptionally service-oriented
• Basic understanding of business needs
• Internet and computer-savvy (social media, internet applications and innovations etc.)
• Some knowledge of HTML/JavaScript would be an advantage
• Computer literate (MS Office etc)
• Motivated, goal oriented and persistent
• High level of initiative and able to work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
• Flexibility to work evening hours and Fridays to meet client availability
