Position description:

Growing start-up seeks an entry-level part-time Marketing Assistant with strong communication and computer skills for administrative and marketing-related tasks.

The position includes:

· Managing automated client communications

o Sending large-scale email campaigns using a dedicated email system

o Working closely with Excel to format and prepare data

o Reviewing and responding to emails

· Daily reporting of results and producing weekly summaries

· Writing marketing-related material such as email scripts

· Calling business owners for their feedback

Major Requirements

· Mother tongue English

· Excellent communication skills (writing, editing, and on the phone)

· Strong technical and computer skills – strong command of MS Office

· Meticulous attention to detail

· Organized and professional

Other Requirements

· Marketing skills, including ability to make cold calls

· Able to multi-task in a fast-paced and dynamic start-up environment

· Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Position scope

· Monday-Friday, 4-5 hours/day (usually afternoon/early evening)

· Work from home on Fridays; Monday-Thursday occasionally work from home

· Potential to grow to a full-time position

· Start date: Immediate
